At Unique Collaboration, we take pride in crafting high-quality, one-of-a-kind fused glass art. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here's our return policy:

• Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Exclusions

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at lisa@uniquecollaborations.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

• Refunds

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges for damaged or faulty items. Please reach out to us within 14 days if you receive a defective item.
