Community Volunteering - Rural Fire Service 

In addition to facilitating inclusive creative programs in my community, I am a servicing volunteer member of the Rural Fire Service. 

Currently, my RFS roles include brigade's treasurer, firefighter and community engagement facilitator.

I am also on the district's community engagement working committee and recently deployed as field liaison officer, engaging with the affected communities after the recent fire events.

With both my creative engagement work and my RFS is often hard work but very rewarding work, it's a joy being the position to connect with people and be part of the solution towards building resilient communities.
