Booking Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings close 48 hours before the workshop or when spaces are filled. Workshops are small and places are limited to ensure a quality experience. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member. If I need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session. Waitlist Policy If a workshop is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified by email in the order waitlist requests were received. Payment is required immediately to confirm your place once a spot is offered.
