Workshops and Custom Orders
If you are unable to attend a booked workshop, we can:

Custom or personalised items (e.g., handmade glass pieces or commissioned artwork) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
